On Wednesday 15 June Archbishop Suheil Dawani hosted a Ramadan Iftar for Muslim and Christian leaders in the Bishop’s Peace Garden at St George’s, also attended by Patriarch Theophilos III, Bishop Wiliam Shomali, Director General of Islamic Waqf in Jerusalem Sheikh Azzam Khatib and Adnan Al-Husseini the Palestinian Governor of Jerusalem.
Christian and Muslim Religious leaders and representatives from Political, Economic, Medical and Civil Society Organizations also attended.
