Archbishop Suheil, on behalf of the Diocese, attended the installation of Bishop Michael Curry as the 27th Presiding Bishop of The Episcopal Church on All Saints Sunday, 01 November 2015. Bishop Curry, 62, is the first African-American to be elected Presiding Bishop of The Episcopal Church. He is married to Sharon and has two adult children.

Archbishop Suheil, as pictured, presented Bishop Michael with a Jerusalem cross as a symbol of the friendship between The Episcopal Church and the Diocese of Jerusalem. Please do pray for Bishop Michael and his family as he embarks on this new ministry.
