On Friday night, 4 September 2015, His Grace Archbishop Suheil Dawani met with pilgrimages from St. Mark’s Episcopal Church Capitol Hill, Washington, at St. Georges’ Cathedral Pilgrims Guest House for their farewell dinner. The group was led by Canon John Peterson, former Dean of St. George’s College.
Archbishop Suheil expressed his gratitude towards St. Mark’s Church for their kind donation to the Diocese. St. Mark’s had received funds through selling olive oil from Canaan and carvings from Bethlehem.
