Archbishop Suheil Dawani had the joy of welcoming a group of pilgrims from Episcopal Relief and Development. The encounter started at the Diocesan lounge where AB Suheil spoke about the ministry of the Episcopal Church since its establishment in the Holy Land in 1841; The AB also shared a meal with the group members at the Guest House Bistro.
Archbishop Suheil thanked ERD for their historical partnership and for their support of the institutions especially Arab Ahli Hospital in Gaza and the Holy Land Institute for the Deaf in Salt / Jordan.
Robert Radtke thanked the AB for his time and for the opportunity to be with the pilgrims and presented him with a special Bishop’s gift for ERD’s 75th anniversary.
Staff members, board members, and trustees visited the middle East on a special tour under the Direction of Robert Radtke and local guide Canon Iyad Qumri in celebration of the ERD’s 75 anniversary.
